Washi tape is the only product I design that is not produced in the U.K. My supplier is based overseas, so please understand that these pretty little tapes may take a bit longer to arrive if I don't already have your specific quantity in the studio. I usually don't place these in any packaging as it allows the customer to see it properly. If you require packaging let me know.

PLACING AN ORDER
Please email hello@leaflanestudio.com to request an order form if you haven’t already got one. You will then receive confirmation of your order alongside an invoice. If you would like to chat about your order, feel free to pop a call over to me (Lucy) on 07810 044474 and we can talk through your requirements and discuss any questions you may have.
MINIMUMS
Order requirements: First order £150 // subsequent orders £100 Quantity requirements: 5 per style
PRICES
Prices listed within this catalogue are wholesale prices and are subject to change without notice, although I will always do my best to issue all stockists with an updated catalogue when changes are made.
PAYMENTS
Bank transfer or PayPal accepted at this time. As I am a small business, I would request, where possible, that your invoice it settled before your products are dispatched, however I do appreciate some companies have a 30 day payment window.
RETURNS
Please contact me immediately if anything you receive is damaged, and return it to me within 14 days. You will then receive a replacement or credit to your account should the product not be available.
SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIME
Standard shipping time is 1-2 weeks, however, if all of your items are in stock it may as quick as 3-5 business days. You will be notified about the approximate turnaround time when you place your order. If a product is on back-order you will be able to decide whether to receive a part-order or wait for the full order to be completed.
Please note that items, such as washi tape, can have longer turn around times if they are on back-order, but I will always keep you thoroughly up to date on the status of these products.
U.K orders over £200 will receive free shipping. Any other shipping costs, along with the most suitable shipping provider (depending on parcel size and weight), will be calculated and added to your invoice.
DISPLAY & PACKAGING
All products are packaged in compostable cello bags. If you have any specific packaging questions or requirements please get in touch and let's chat!

All of the artwork on Leaf Lane Studio products belongs to me (Lucy Carter) and should not be replicated. All products sold to you, via wholesale, should not be sold on to any other retailer.
