Critical Voice Broadcasting System You already know that if you are using voice, receive a negative transferred call - including calls from people upset that they have been called and asked to simply unqualified. You may know how to create a message with a higher response rate to reduce the number of such calls. In this article I will talk about another critical method to actually reduce your response rate and increase negative call. Believe it or not, you want to use it, i.e. if you want to reduce delivery costs. Let me explain with an example. Warning - this is hypothetical but this concept is of general validity. Consider selling broadcast virtual offices with a Beverly Hills address to business owners. The station writes a message about what a Beverly Hills address i.e. phone number services to answer your calls there have, is being able to satisfy their customers in Beverly Hills conference, press one for more information. Let's assume that this message is a response rate of 0.9%. And what about 0.3 % of the people who go to “press 1 for no good reason” - unavoidable negative calls. So this post will produce 1 call 3 which is negative, and 2 out of 3 is expressed some level of interest. Sounds pretty good so far? Sure, but the message does not mention that this virtual office costs $ 200/month. And when the March 2 interested people learn this, only one of them is deemed to pay so much. Thus, the chain has found 1 in 3 callers both interested and qualified. These people are potential broadcasters. And if the station is paying $ 6 per call, the actual cost per lead is $ 18. Not bad... Now consider this ... the station recorded a new message that makes clear their service is $ 200/month. Since 1 in 3 prospect was not interested in paying a lot, this is a very important qualification . So what will happen with this new message? First, a lot of people who are not willing to pay that much not press 1. So the overall response rate will go down. Say lower than 0.7 %. And we're still stuck with the 0.3 % of people who call "negative”... Work the numbers and this means that this new message, instead of receiving 33 100 negative calls , the station will receive about 43 -Yuck! As we have described in a separate article, if the low response rate , the number of negative calls increases. By God, receiveth more negative ten calls! How can you be good at everything? Well, wait ... In a previous article, we learned that 0.3 % of people are both interested and willing to pay the fee of $ 200. So that means that the broadcaster will also have about 43 positively interested and
