FIRE RETARDANT – CONCRETE SPLASH PROTECTION The BIGBEN® Superclad® PVC Mesh is a heavy duty double coated high tenacity polyester scrim that once installed improves safety on site by reducing the risk of concrete overspill, debris and small tools from falling outside of the building.

Each sheet has fixing eyelets on all four sides.

The BIGBEN® Superclad® PVC Mesh is fire retardant to the B1 standard and each sheet has the FR specification printed on it.

Your logo can also be printed on this upon request.

RC Frame Installation - improves safety by reducing the risk of concrete splash / over spillage.

Demolition - improves safety by reducing the risk of falling debris and small tools.

BIGBEN® Superclad® PVC Mesh should typically be fixed to the building structure horizontally and can be connected to each other due to the reinforced eyelets on each side of the sheet.

The supporting structure must be designed by a competent person, to all relevant codes of practice and applicable standards, the design must take into account the increased load factor caused by the PVC Mesh itself.

All applications should be subject to the correct calculations for site conditions and locations.

PVC Mesh should only be installed by a competent person, once a full risk assessment has been carried out.

BIGBEN® Superclad® PVC Mesh should typically be fixed to the structure, using the BIGBEN® Toggle Tie.

• Fixing eyelet bands on each side of the mesh ensuring the BIGBEN® Superclad® PVC Mesh can fit to all types of structures.

• Provides protection from concrete splash / over spillage from RC Frame installations.
