LDV Events has partnered with The James New York - NoMad Hotel to offer catering and creative event production services available within the hotel’s private dining rooms, meeting spaces and ballroom.

Each event is exclusively catered by LDV’s flagship restaurant brand, the critically acclaimed Scarpetta Restaurant.

LDV Events has a diverse portfolio of produced and catered events both onsite at The James New York - NoMad, and offsite at desirable destination around the world.

The team behind LDV Events are well versed in how to throw a memorable event and specialize in social events, ranging from intimate culinary driven experiences, personal celebrations, hospitality partnerships with corporate brands and nonprofits, and large scale productions during events such as Art Basel and Winter Music Conference in Miami, Super Bowl, Cannes Film Festival, Tribeca Film Festival, and summer-time soirees in The Hampton’s.

ABO UT SCARPETTA

The original Scarpetta opened in New York City’s Meatpacking District in 2008 to a critically acclaimed 3-star review from the NY Times. The restaurant’s name is derived from the Italian expression, “fare la Scarpetta,” which means to savor a meal to the last bite.

The philosophy of Scarpetta’s kitchen is to create bold flavors by amplifying the essence of seasonal ingredients. The signature pastas are made in-house daily and are paired with the highest quality, locally-sourced ingredients. Scarpetta’s famous Spaghetti Tomato & Basil is nothing short of classic simplicity in both taste and preparation.

Scarpetta has always been at once informal, comfortable and elegant, grounded with a passion for old world hospitality. Guests can enjoy ordering several dishes to share for the table, with a menu built for conviviality to inspire the essence of a stylish and carefree dinner party.

In true Dolce Vita style, Scarpetta was designed with the intent to offer guests to continue on the night after dinner, and have a visit to our cocktail lounge, where guests can enjoy a drink and live music or find themselves sipping on crafted cocktails and dancing to the DJ through the late hours.

The Seville is a tribute to the original Beaux-Arts “Hotel Seville” that stood in its place, built in 1904. In its time, the space came to life as a tantalizing prohibition bar filled with high society New Yorker’s.

With music and cocktails that transport guests to an authentic feel good place, we invite your guests to carry on the night at The Seville.

THE MADISON ROOM

The Madison Room is our premiere events space, located on the lower level of the hotel. Infusing the perfect blend of modern yet elegant design and a neutral color palette, the event space allows guests to transform the room to any personal style and celebration type.

The Madison Room is the largest of our event spaces, with 2,200 square feet of reception space, and can host up to 250 guests for a standing cocktail reception, 180 guests for a seated dinner, or 100 guests for a seated dinner with a dance floor.

A/V CAPABILITIES: The room is fully equipped with complimentary WiFi, surround sound, and a 106-inch drop-down projection screen.
