The Lazydays RV Purchase Experience is a scheduled series of events that includes the personal involvement of highly trained professionals. Our team is dedicated to our purpose of making you a “Customer for Life”.
We promise we will do everything in our power to adhere to your time schedule. At times a wait may be necessary in order for us to finalize documentation or additional requested services with the attention each deserves.

THE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE When you arrive you will start the process at the:
Welcome Center Check-in with the receptionist at the Welcome Center. If you have a trade pull into the service drive on the north side of the building.
Please be sure to bring the following: Driver’s License Verification of Insurance Verification of Income (If requested)
If you have a trade please also bring: Title
Registration
Payoff Information (If financed)
Payments on Delivery: Payments via credit card cannot exceed $5,000. Payments via personal or business checks cannot exceed 25% of the sale price or $25,000, whichever is less. We accept certified funds and wire transfers. Please request wiring instructions from your Business Manager.
ADVISOR Your Advisor will then meet with you and discuss what you can expect for the remainder of your visit. We’ll also install your new tag or transfer the existing tag from your trade at this time.
WALK THROUGH Your walk-through Instructor will provide you with an introduction to the operation and features of your new RV. Every orientation is at your pace and comfort level. We’ll do whatever it takes for you to feel totally comfortable with the features and functions of your new RV.
BUSINESS OFFICE With your Business Manager you’ll finish up your paperwork and finalize the purchase of your new RV.
Your business manager will also discuss the following options with you: Manufacturer Warranty (New RVs) RV Protection Plans
In your trade unit please: Leave the refrigerator on Leave the keys Leave manuals & remotes on the counter or sofa Make sure there’s enough fuel to start the generator
Gap Coverage Tire Protection Lazydays Roadside Assistance Environmental Protection Plans
BENEFITS We will review and enroll you in all of the benefits you received by purchasing your RV from Lazydays! Following the purchase of your new RV, you’ll receive a satisfaction survey via phone. Please tell us how happy you were with your experience.

If you have a trade you will pull into the Service drive and check in at the Welcome Center. Please let them know you are here for delivery and if you have any pets inside your RV.
