In partnership with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), LCS Quality Employment Solutions Today (QEST) helps youth and adults of varying abilities find community employment that matches their individual unique talents, wants, needs, and employment goals.

QEST staff are Certified Employment Support Professionals (CESP) that are skilled in supporting individuals on their journey toward employment.

Internships & Temporary Work Experiences

Internship/Temporary Work is a service designed to give individuals an opportunity to gain valuable work skills and experience to put on a resume for future employment. Internship/Temporary Work comes at no cost to the employer, including the employee's wages. If at the end of the work experience the position isn't a good fit, the employer is not obligated to hire the employee.

Job Coaching

Job Coaches support employees at their place of employment by providing necessary cues, prompts, and feedback to help them learn their specific job responsibilities. Job Coaches also support the employer by working with them to develop natural support systems and success strategies within the workplace.

On-the-Job Training

LCS On-the-Job Training (OJT) offers employers who hire a Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) client up to 50 percent of all salary and fringe expenses for up to 90 days through the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program. With the DVR OJT hiring initiative, expanding your workforce with qualified candidates is easy!
