We celebrated our impact and growth resulting in the creation of the largest community of Latinos at the highest levels of governance and business leadership. Additionally, we’ve successfully cultivated a formidable pipeline of the next generation of board-ready talent, advancing Latino representation in corporate boardrooms. Over the past ten years, LCDA has played a pivotal role in supporting, developing, and promoting Latino executives within the corporate landscape. Our collective efforts have not only strengthened our organization but have also significantly contributed to the corporate community’s recognition of the invaluable perspective diverse leadership brings. The year 2023, a milestone in our journey, not only signified a decade of forward advancement but also marked the dawn of a new era of leadership.
