It has new everything inside the engine including, rod and main bolts and bearings when engine was rebuilt. He also installed complete rebuild kit with crank replaced. New sensors for oil was installed, New complete exahaust system, manifold, muffler, turbo and all components to install NEW. He replaced one transmission and motor sensors on right side of dozer.

Oil cooler replaced with new one and also new oil pump installed. Every Item for the engine was replaced new except cam and lifters. Dozer runs great but will need two

Has cab protection and shield protectors in place. Instrument gauges are bad and need to be replaced, water and hour gauge seem to be working correctly. Oil pressure gauge shows low pressure but with new crank and main bearings the oil pressure should be fine as there are no unknown noises from engine. Starter and Seat is also new. New Equipment Highlight Bandit Industries 2013 Dealer Meeting

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich.—Over 250 dealer representatives from 19 countries assembled for the Bandit Industries 2013 Dealer Meeting, held August 13-15 at Bandit’s headquarters near Mount Pleasant, Michigan. Usually scheduled every three years, this meeting was organized after just two years due to exponential growth and considerable product development for Bandit since the previous event in 2011. The 2013 Bandit Dealer Meeting also coincided with Bandit’s 30th anniversary.

The last three years have seen Bandit’s global workforce and sales volume double in size. The company’s dealer network now spans more than 160 dealers worldwide, with 25 dealers joining in just the last two years. A vast majority of Bandit’s dealer network was represented at the meeting.

“We are very grateful for the hard work our dealers do in representing Bandit and serving our customers,” said Bandit Industries President Jerry Morey. “It’s not enough to just have a good product. We have built a reputation over the last 30 years for taking care of our customers, and that would be impossible to do without a strong dealer network. We will continue to provide ongoing support for our current dealers as we expand, working with them and our customers to continually improve the Bandit

In addition to sales and service seminars, the three-day event gave dealers a behindthe-scenes look at the Bandit manufacturing process, as well as hands-on experience with equipment and a preview of new machines and technologies. The company was also honored Thursday morning with speeches from Michigan 99th District Representative Kevin Cotter and State Senator Judy Emmons, who recognized Bandit for 30 years of success as a Michigan company.

“We have invested considerable resources over the past two years to expand our dealer network, while expanding our lines of equipment and available options for customers in numerous industries,” said Morey. “Our customers have really noticed our efforts, and they have responded by purchasing Bandit machines in record numbers. Working closely with our dealer network, we are looking forward to an even brighter future with continued expansion and innovative products, all backed by the best customer service in the industry.”

chippers. The new drum design features double the knives found on a standard drum, delivering twice the cuts per rotation to produce wood chips as small as 3/16” in size. The micro chip drum can also be easily converted to a normal chipping configuration for standard sized chips, allowing users to conveniently produce several different chip sizes to serve multiple markets.

“Customers using our micro chip drum are consistently telling us just how hard the machine throws the chips, just like our standard whole tree chippers,” said Morey.

“They are also reporting fuel consumption rates of roughly three tons per gallon depending on the material, and throwing 40 to 50 loads per a set of knives isn’t a problem. We’re very pleased with the responses we’ve received on the micro chip drum. It’s the ideal setup to serve any fuel wood market anywhere in the world.”

The Bandit micro chip drum is an available option for the Model 2590, Model 3090 and Model 3590 whole tree chippers.
