Programs for Campers with Special Needs

Lake Bluff Park District residents with disabilities can take advantage of a wide array of programs and services offered through the Northern Suburban Special Recreation Association (NSSRA). To find out about summer camps and programs, phone NSSRA at 847-509-9400, send an email to info@nssra.org or visit www.nssra.org for information and to download a list of seasonal programs and information.

Meet and greet your counselors on the first day of camp! We are so excited to have you join us for a lot of summer fun!

Parents can download the Summer Camp Informational Packet at www.lakebluffparkdistrict.org.
Summer Camp Informational Packet includes: f Camp Handbook f Summer Camp Informational Form f Field Trip Permission Form f Dispense Medication Form f Swim Test Information f Camp Calendars
Online registration closes three days prior to each session’s start date for that upcoming session.
Camp Withdrawal Information
• All financial obligations with the Park District must be met prior to registering for any summer program
• Camp Withdrawal Policy. Cancellations and withdrawals must be made in writing and are subject to the following:
15+ days prior to the FIRST day of the session withdrawing from – $25 fee
8–14 days prior to the FIRST day of the session withdrawing from – $50 fee
0–7 days prior to the FIRST day of the session withdrawing from – $75 fee
• If your child is expelled from camp, you will forfeit your entire camp fee for current session of camp.
• Camp fees cannot be prorated to accommodate vacation schedules.

• Camp withdrawal policy is effective May 14, 2023.
