The gable roof desig n follow s a f requency goi ng i n one d i rect i on, with a consi st ent hei ght t hroughout th e pr oject; h ow ever the roof area d i f f ers due to th e differ en t program s. The concept b eh in d th e design i s t o create a tow er bui l d i ng th a t t w i st s fr om the bottom to t he top , by prog r essiv ely rot a t i ng f l oor pl ates t hat l ook d i f f eren t on each level . The bui l di ng’s f acade consists of two different envel opes, a gl ass cur tain w a l l a n d cu rved panels that suggest t he f l owin g mov emen t of the d rape. The stai rs and el ev a tor cor es ar e pl aced i n t he center of t he pl an a n d become th e m ai n el ement f or s tr uctur al su p p ort .
