Gabriela Kandziora was born in a German enclave in Calgary, Alberta, Canada to German immigrants who came to Canada a few years prior. Gabriela and her parents then immigrated to the states a few months after Gabriela’s 6th birthday. Speaking only German, Gabriela had to quickly learn English to adapt to life in the USA.
Eugene, Oregon was the wonderful city that allowed Gabriela and her parents to build a comfortable life. Gabriela moved to Portland her junior year in college and graduated from Portland State University with a B.A. in Business Management and a minor in German. After working for three major companies, owning her own business, and having started a real estate “flipping” and rental company, she decided to also become a Realtor. Today, Gabriela is an award-winning Realtor, in PPG’s top 3%, she maintains a portfolio of rentals, and “flips” a house every now and then. Gabriela has lived in Portland for over 40 years and thoroughly understands the Portland Real Estate market. She has been a resident of Tigard since 1987 living in a house that she renovated with her father. Gabriela has helped many clients BUY and SELL, helping many clients build Real Estate portfolios.
