Once received, we ask that you please inspect thoroughly—prior to installation—for any physical defects which may have occurred during shipping. Lighting that has been installed is not eligible for return or exchange, and L’Aviva Home does not take any responsibility for any damage incurred during installation itself.
Please be sure, too, to note the maximum recommended wattage for your fixture when choosing a bulb; using higher wattage bulbs can short the wiring, and L’Aviva Home does not take responsibility for any damage incurred under these circumstances.

INSTALLATION
1. This product must be installed in accordance with applicable installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.
2. Turn off power to junction box before installing.
3. Feed wires from the fixture body up through stem assembly with the stem coupling end up.
4. Thread stem assembly into coupling on fixture body and secure with set screw (in coupling) and apply locktite to the threaded joints.
5. Slip canopy onto threaded stem assembly and rest on top of coupling on fixture body and secure the canopy to the stem with lock washer and nut.
6. Install thread universal cross bar (with installed 2x 8-32 screws pointed down towards fixture body) onto junction box.
7. Attach ground wire to ground screw on bracket bar.
8. Perform wire makeup using (2 provided) wire nuts - ensuring proper polarity.
9. Recess wire connections within junction box.
10. Raise fixture and canopy up to installed cross bar and junction box, slip the 8-32 screws through the 2 holes in the canopy and secure in place with lock balls (2 provided).
11. Install (1) 8.5 Wat,LED E26 Bulb, then supply power to the fixture.
