Please be sure, too, to note the maximum recommended wattage for your fixture when choosing a bulb; using higher wattage bulbs can short the wiring, and L’Aviva Home does not take responsibility for any damage incurred under these circumstances.

INSTALLATION
This fixture is fully assembled with the exception that a set of chain loops are temporairly connected with zip tie which is to be replaced with hinged ring during installation.
1. This product must be installed in accordance with applicable installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.
2. Turn off power to junction box before installing.

4. Secure 4" Diameter Universal Crossbar to the junction box with the set screws in a horizontal orientation.
5. Raise fixture assembly to junction box, press wires inside without making the electrical connection. (The purpose of this step is to have the fixture mounted so you can replace the zip tie with hinged ring, and manage the appearance of wires as they pass from one chain loop, through the ring, to the other chain loop.)
Please be sure, too, to note the maximum recommended wattage for your fixture when choosing a bulb: Using higher wattage bulbs can short wiring and damage fixture materials or finishes. L'aviva home does not take responsibility for any damage incurred under these circumstances.
CAUTION: Turn off power to junction boxc before installing.
6. Snip zip tie and replace with (1 provided) hinged ring. Orient hinged section of ring as shown in image of wire passing by ring. Position wires so they pass vertically through rings.

7. Remove fixture from junction box.
Carefully remove parts from packaging. As with all metal lighting, installation with faric gloves is required.
8. Perform wire makeup using (3 provided) Wire Nuts - ensuring proper polarity, (Ribbed wire of SPT is neutral)
NOTE:
- This fixture is fully assembled with the exception that a set of chain loops are temporairly connected with zip tie which is to be replaced with hinged ring during installation.
9. Recess wire connections within junction box. Secure fixture in place with (2 provided) lock balls.
INSTALLATION:
10. Install (1 provided) 8.5 watt, G25, LED bulb. (60 watt incandescent equivalent) Then supply power to the fixture.
- Thread the (2 provided) 1-1/4" x 8-32 set screws into the two threaded holes spaced 2-3/4" apart in the (1 provided) 4" Diameter Universal Crossbar.
- Secure 4" Diameter Universal Crossbar to the junction box with the set screws in a horizontal orientation.
- Raise fixture assembly to junction box, press wires inside without making the electrical connection. (The purpose of this step is to have the fixture mounted so you can replace the zip tie with hinged ring, and manage the appearance of wires as they pass from one chain loop, through the ring, to the other chain loop.)
- Snip zip tie and replace with (1 provided) hinged ring. Orient hinged section of ring as shown in image of wire passing by ring. Position wires so they pass vertically through rings.
- Remove fixture from junction box.
- Perform wire makeup using (3 provided) Wire Nutsensuring proper polarity, (Ribbed wire of SPT is neutral)
- Recess wire connections within junction box. Secure fixture in place with (2 provided) lock balls.
- Install (1 provided) 8.5 watt, G25, LED bulb. (60 watt incandescent equivalent) Then supply power to the fixture.
