This facade is set between two office/retail spaces in Dupont Circle. The facade uses a balance between push and pull, and horizontal and vertical lines to create a visually interesting exterior.
The floor to ceiling glass windows on the second and third floor allow for optimum light for a dance studio or art gallery, and use horizontal louvers as both a light blocking device and a visual cue.
