Project Architect, October 2023 - March 2024
↝ Developed Revit documentation for SD and DD phases of 230,000 sf tenant improvement in Oregon. Responsible for schematic documentation of new enclosed connection between two buildings wings. Participated in design charettes and prepared dimensioned plans, enlarged plans, finish plans and interior elevations for key areas.
↝ Produced presentation visualizations and representations for record company tenant improvement. Managed Revit model, created rendering standards, and was integral member of team’s design of communicating stair, pantries and restrooms, and hallway screens.
↝ Illustrated hand drawn perspectives of custom millwork and furniture for residential projects.
