SUPPORTED COMMUNITIES ARE SAFER COMMUNITIES The mental health of university students and staff has been a focus of increasing concern in the UK, there is a large amount of evidence suggesting that large numbers of the community and campus are experiencing poor mental health during their university experience. There is an increased demand of services to support mental health with reports suggesting that some universities are seeing a doubling in the number of students accessing support. Given the severe negative consequences that poor mental health can have for learning, achievement and the health and life of all involved, the wellbeing of university communities is clearly an

AT A GLANCE Our software enables that every university becomes a place that promotes the mental health and wellbeing of all members of the campus. The features of student and staff support software include;

THE SOFTWARE COMPONENTS The Wellbeing Management platform – This is available to student support services, or HR staff and invited professionals and enables the management of an individuals case. The database allows for data to be recorded as audio and video files, in addition to conventional data entries, and also facilitates live streaming and conference calls. The system is fully audited and has the ability to maintain sensitive data and files on a restricted basis. Behind this sits the audit and also the reporting module allowing for detailed management information to be produced. The Web Portal – This allows for cases to be reported by individuals online and for system messaging to the portal, anonymously should this be required. There is also the facility for relatives/peers to raise concerns or log updates. The reponsive web design allows individuals immediate access to manned resources within departments, out of office hours web resources, video calls during crisis, conference calling for virtual face to face support and access to health professionals and support peers
