ACHIEVABLE RESULT We expect the property to achieve a price either side of $12,000,000 with settlement in 6 months or earlier. It should be noted that deposit and terms play a significant role in the final price achieved. Also note, we do not recommend any price guide be provided to those enquiring, there have been a few examples lately of new players in our local market paying over the odds for property.

SUCCESS FEE Our typical commission rate for this type of work, with Latitude meeting all the advertising expenses as set out above would be 2.5% plus GST. However, due to our knowledge and understanding of this site, and given the current circumstances we would like to offer you a discount and carry out all work for a fee of 1% plus GST.
