Bulls selling to out of state buyers will be TRICH tested after the sale and delivered. Call Jeff with any questions. Bulls are guaranteed to be fertile.

D E L I V E R Y: B U L L S : Pick up your BULLS within 5 days and receive a $50/hd credit. Bulls will be delivered as soon as possible (weather permitting).

F E M A L E S : We will not be providing delivery. We would like to have all females to their new homes within five days of the sale. We will assist with trucking arrangements if needed.

S AT I S F A C T I O N G U A R A N T E E : All bulls selling for $2500 or more are guaranteed against injury or death for the first breeding season. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a bull, we will bring you another one, or refund your money (minus salvage value).

Cows sold as bred are guaranteed to calve by April 5, 2022. If a bred female fails to calve we will refund your purchase price (minus salvage value).

I’ve long said that perhaps the greatest part of being involved in agriculture is the people. Salt of the earth if you will.

Plain and simple, farmers and ranchers are the spine and heart of this great country, no two ways about it. I commend you and your families for the extra effort you put forth every day. This has been a good set of cattle to watch this summer. They had a better winter than normal, so came through into spring ready to charge on. They did that and are still on the move. I am finally beginning to see the uniformity and type and kind that I have always strived to produce. I raise BEEF cattle. I want them to look like BEEF bulls, not tall, flat-sided, rafter-rumped carcass bulls. There are breeds and programs that specialize in that. And my cattle generally scare them off and vice-a-versa! What we strive to produce here is a wide based, moderate framed, easy fleshing grass converter. I believe that to do this well requires a certain phenotype, or ‘look.” Cattle that are deep bodied with ample volume and thickness is what I like. I hope that you find more of that here than most places. All this being said, we shall save the EPD dis-CUSS-ion for another day. Cattle that look right, usually perform right.

We will attempt to deliver the bulls soon after the sale if that is your desire (in between hunting excursions of course)! We also offer to winter the bulls for a $300 and will deliver them in the spring beginning the end of March. As always, our cattle have a simple guarantee. If you have any issues or concerns, just let me know. I always want to make you a satisfied customer, no matter the issue.

Again this year we are offering 65 head of heifers from the Ray Stowers family of White Bird, ID. Born and raised on the mountains between the Salmon and Snake rivers, these are cattle that make no excuses. They can travel big country and seemed to enjoy their summer here in Othello. AI bred to start the 15th of Feb. and the cleanup bulls were out for 40 some days. AI sires were S chisum 255, OCC deliver 625D and our new bull from North Dakota, McCumber La Joya 098! The cleanup bulls were 2 that we use here in our herd as well. OCC Deliver 625D was the bull that looked to be the primary bull. He does a great job on heifers and his pedigree is stacked with many of the great ones from Tim Ohlde.

This calf has been noticed by all who have walked through the bulls. He’s not the biggest. I don’t know if he is even the stoutest. But he is unique in his softness and mass. He is backed by three powerful cows with big weaning ratios for lots of years. I know you won’t find another bull this fall in our trade area that looks like him. No, he is not big. But he is really good in so many ways. And there are very few cowherds that would not benefit from what he brings to the table. He will be one to watch for sure.

Without a doubt, Unmistakable has done more for our program here than any other bull. My cowherd would not be what it is today without him. This calf has him on the top and bottom of his pedigree. And he looks a lot like him from the right angle. Throw in the 303 cow and I’m not sure he has a limit to his potential. He will sire the calves that look and perform the way they should. His sire is one of the easier big bulls to be around we have. Very quiet, just like the old bull himself.

This thick topped, square made calf has so many solid producers in his pedigree I’m not going to attempt to print them all. Vantage 116E has two full brothers that turned a lot of heads. The Pinebank 41/97 bull was brought into my herd to make some daughters to enhance longevity and fleshing ability. Time will tell.

They looked great on their first try. 551G is just what so many folks had adequately described him as to me. Deep sided, long spined and easy fleshing. Not overly powerful in their muscle expression but certainly thick made and good. I really think the cows will be around for a long time. Hard to not notice the 6139 cow on the bottom side too.

Commercial Bred Heifers from The Ray Stowers Family, White Bird, ID Start calving 2/25.22 and done by 4/05/22 These cattle were born and raised on the mountains between the Salmon and Snake rivers. That is some beautiful, but steep, rocky terrain.

These guys grew up and learned to travel alongside their mamas. They spent the past spring and summer here in Othello. And they have done well!

We AI bred them 5/12-5/14 to S Chisum 255, OCC Deliver 625D and DFA Hero 6017. All bulls that we have used here with no issues.

Deliver and Hero have both earned our respect with their daughters. And we all have seen some great 255 progeny. The bulls, OCC Deliver 625D and Spring Cove Crossbow 4E were turned in on 5/20,21 and pulled on 7/05/21. Selling in groups of 3 to 5 head, with the option to roll at my discretion.
