What does it mean to be a Zeta Leader?

Being a Zeta Leader means being able to motivate a sorors to come together for a common goal and that goal is the business of Zeta. Leading from the perspective of being a follower and showing up even if you show up alone. As a leader you have to create a space for sorors to feel comfortable enough to expand in their talents. Leading with the understanding that everyone learns and processes things differently. As a leader I have had to overcome the obstacle of not taking things personally because at the end of the day, the whole body is vital to the success of the organization.
