The new SEKO.com is now live, and users are enjoying a range of fresh features to help them access what they need quickly and easily.

For one, we’ve updated our Contact Us page to make finding your local SEKO branch simpler than ever, including an eye-catching new map design.

Water park treatment project

When the operator of a newly built water park needed to continuously analyse, measure and dose 10,000 m³ of water in order to keep its visitors safe and comply with legislation, they turned to SEKO to provide a dedicated solution from our extensive product range.

Tomorrow’s Cleaning Awards 2023

SEKO’s groundbreaking WareDose 35 warewash dosing system has been recognised by the global cleaning and hygiene industry, with a position among the top 10 finalists in the Tomorrow’s Cleaning Awards 2023. This impressive placing reflects WareDose 35’s impact on the cleaning sector, with its IoT functionality allowing managers to have system status and live and historical chemical consumption data at their fingertips for unrivalled process insight and operational efficiency.

WareDose 35 is intended for heavy-duty commercial dishwashing and glasswashing operations, with a dual-pump design enabling precise, consistent dosing of detergent and rinse aid that helps deliver immaculate results while minimising chemical wastage.

IE Expo 2023

SEKO China exhibits in Shanghai

SEKO China this month exhibited at IE Expo, a major Asian event bringing together professionals from across the water, waste, air and soil industries to present and discover the latest environmental technology solutions.

This year’s show, held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), saw SEKO showcase our latest innovations for water-treatments applications including the pioneering Elektra digital dosing pump controller and a selection from our advanced Kontrol Series water-treatment controllers.

In addition, we displayed the ultra-versatile Duotek AF0250 air-operated double diaphragm pump (AODD) along with the KommSpot Wi-Fi adaptor for Modbus devices, demonstrating the vast range of solutions available for the demanding water-treatment sector.

Welcome to this new regular section of SEKO World, where we look at SEKO products within real-world cleaning and hygiene and water-treatment applications.

First up, we’re looking at these SekureDose chemical storage and dispensing cabinets within a surface-cleaning station.

These systems’ dosing precision and consistency help the operator make a 40% saving on cleaning products, allowing them to significantly reduce costs, wastage and environmental impact as part of an efficient, sustainable operation.

Plus, SekureDose is right at home in this impeccable cleaning station thanks to its customisability which our client took advantage of with uniform branding on each unit.

Cabinet-mounted Tekba pumps

Next we have two Tekba-R EMG solenoid-driven dosing pumps supplied to water-treatment systems distributor Technidose. Tekba-R EMG’s compact size and convenient base mounting made it the perfect solution for this professional dosing cabinet.

The project saw the Tekba-R EMG 803 pumps installed to dose ferric chloride within a European potable water-treatment plant – an application requiring Tekba’s renowned attributes of precision, consistency and reliability.

Meanwhile, the operator now enjoys ease of programming, automatic control and a choice of constant or proportional dosing.
