A visit to SEKO China SEKO IT Manager Gian Luca Todini made the journey to ZhouZHou City, China to meet his colleagues from SEKO China as part of our global collaborative ethic, as we combine remote communication with face-to-face visits that strengthen and enrich our working relationships. The 35,000 factory is fitted with a cuttingedge warehouse robot system to enhance manufacturing quality and efficiency, bringing SEKO’s world-renowned systems to the local market in line with strict international production standards. The SEKO China IT team play a vital role in the successful running of the state-of-theart site. A warm welcome at SEKO headquarters We’re always delighted to welcome customers to our offices and recently invited Taylan Çetin, Sales and Marketing professional from Ertek Pool & Wastewater Treatment Company in Turkey, to visit SEKO headquarters in Rieti, Italy. Mr Çetin was hosted by SEKO Area Manager Fabio Mariani and enjoyed a tour of our offices and factory, where he was shown our latest watertreatment dosing solutions as well as products in development by our R&D engineers. Mr Çetin said: “I would like to thank Fabio Mariani for his hospitality, professionalism and warm approach throughout the factory tour. It was really special to come together with such a strong team and see the production processes on site. I believe that our cooperation will become stronger in the future, and I would like to thank the entire team for their kind hosting.”

A new office for SEKO Benelux As the strong performance of SEKO Benelux continues and the subsidiary serves a widening customer base across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, the expanding business will be moving to new premises. From 1st January 2026, the subsidiary will be based in Oldenzaal, Netherlands, a larger site to accommodate the growing team of specialists. SEKO Benelux General Manager Marcel Olthuis said: “With this step, we are investing in further growth and in improving our services. We will have access to a fully equipped experience centre where we can train and inform our partners and relations about the latest developments. In addition, we have more room for our new team members, who I will introduce to you soon! Sampling a taste of central Italy When we host customers, as well as time spent discussing our partnership and demonstrating the design and manufacturing processes that set us apart, we like them to have the opportunity to sample the local culture as part of their visit. This was in evidence when we welcomed six technicians from Kleen Purgatis, a valued partner based in Germany specialising in products for cleaning, care, hygiene and disinfection to our founding site in Rieti. After a busy day at our main offices and factory, the Kleen Purgatis team experienced Rieti’s historic old town, including Umbilicus Italiae – a travertine monument in Piazza San Rufo marking the exact geographical centre of Italy. Technical knowledge shared SEKO Brasil hosted another edition of its technical meeting series, an event dedicated to the exchange of experiences and in-depth discussion on the challenges of water treatment and product applications. These sessions bring together chemists, operators, designers and equipment manufacturers in a high-level meeting, strengthening relationships and facilitating the day-to-day development of solutions for chemical dosing, measurement and control. As well as technical presentations and roundtable discussions, the meeting gave the team the chance to get hands-on product training on systems such as out Kontrol Series controllers and Wash Series laundry units. Promoting diversity and inclusion As part of SEKO’s training, development and knowledge-sharing philosophy, Alania Gonçalves, Sales Assistant at SEKO Brasil, participated in a presentation on diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The session was promoted by CIPA, the Internal Commission for Accident and Harassment Prevention, which Ms Gonçalves says she is proud to be a part of: “It was a moment of learning and reflection on respect, empathy and the importance of building an increasingly welcoming, safe and humane environment. During the presentation, we reinforced the relevance of diversity in all its forms and the practice of inclusion in everyday life. “I thank everyone involved, especially Gustavo Hanate, Jessica Leite, Nayra Silva Pinto, Ricardo Fernandes and Yago Henrique de Oliveira for making these initiatives possible. It is gratifying to contribute to strengthening a fairer, more collaborative, and more inclusive culture at SEKO.”
