When the operator of Quick Smart Wash, a leading Indian laundry company, was planning a new large-scale commercial laundry in Bangalore, they turned to SEKO to supply a chemical dosing system from our award-nominated range.

This new site had also secured a hospital linen contract, resulting in an average laundry demand of 6,000 kg per day The hospital’s high-volume, regular turnover of bed linen, blankets and towels meant that all QSW’s laundry equipment had to be capable of handling heavy demand without compromising on performance.

Meanwhile, in a competitive industry where margins are tight and chemical costs continue to increase, minimising detergent waste was essential.

For these reasons, QSW management needed a detergent injection system capable of not only dosing chemical precisely and consistently but also providing in-depth wash data for accurate reporting and cost control.

SEKO, with decades of experience in the design and production of laundry dosing systems, was approached to provide a solution from its dedicated range. Following a comprehensive analysis of the site and application, and working in close collaboration with the client, SEKO recommended its WashMulti Peri system as the ideal solution.

The world-renowned WashMulti Peri is a peristaltic-driven system that allows the laundry operator to inject a variety of chemicals into as many as 10 washerextractors with the exceptional accuracy, repeatability and reliability a facility such as this demands.

This is achieved in part thanks to the system’s premium-grade peristaltic tubing, supplied as standard. This material provides excellent chemical compatibility with a broad range of detergents, fabric softeners and additives, reducing tube degradation and ensuring dosing remains precise and consistent for longer.

The IoT-enabled WashMulti Peri also boasts compatibility with the dedicated SekoWeb app and online platform, meaning management can examine detailed wash data for every load 24/7 – without the need to set foot on site. With this power at their fingertips, they’re able to instantly calculate cost per load and discover the true cost of their operation for unprecedented efficiency.
