This photo is a computer generated model of the up and coming James Webb Space Telescope, the successor of The Hubble Telescope. The primary mirror of the telescope measures an astounding 21.3 ft.

Above: 3 images that show galaxies in order of younger to older from bottom to top. These images were taken by The Hubble Telescope and show how older universes and light appear redder than newer younger stars and galaxies.

In a DSLR (the top image), a mirror is present adding to the weight and portablity to the camera where as in a mirrorless camera (the bottom image), there is no mirror making the camera more compact, and easier to use.

Mirrorless Sales In 2014, mirrorless cameras were not as popular as the other compact cameras and the DSLR’s. But over the years, the sales of mirrorless cameras have dramatically increased as they are easy to use, and lightweight. DSLR’s are becoming more popular as they evolve to be more technolically advanced.
