New online ordering features

In response to customer feedback we have been busy making improvements to our website. More and more of you are ordering online, which is great to see and if there are other areas you feel we can improve, don’t hesitate to ask!

1. STOCK ALERTS

Set up an e mail alert if stock of an item passes a threshold level. Don’t miss out on a product that is running low on stock!

Add a stock alert from the product detail page:

Configure the threshold to be alerted when the stock goes over or under that threshold. You can quickly search and add other products to the alerts here.

This page is also accessible from the ‘My Account’ area:

Configure the alert and click add:

The product is then added to your alert list. Click save to record the changes to the alert list.

2. ITEM THUMBNAILS

Many customers asked to see images in addition to item numbers in their order history:

3. TOTAL ITEM SALES REPORT

Do you need to know how much you have bought of an item during a specified time?

There is a new option in the ‘My Account’ menu – Report Downloads. This page contains the online statement and the new report ‘Total Item Sales’.

To run the report, enter a date range and click download:

4. ORDER NUMBER CHECKOUT CONFIRMATION

At checkout, your order number will now be shown at the ‘order processed successfully’ page:

5. CHOP ORDERING

Customers ordering chop have mistakenly selected ‘chop’ from the UOM choices and submitted the order, however, this does not ask for the chop size and delays processing the order.

This has now been removed so that customers cannot select it:
