UNIT OCCUPANCY: Each of the apartments shall be occupied only by a family member (exp. Healthcare provider) and guests, as a residence and for no other purpose. PETS: Dog, cats or other pets may be kept and maintained on the premises by owners. However, should an individual dog, cat or other pet become a nuisance to individual apartment owners, the Board of Directors may require that such dog, cat or pet be removed from the premises of the Condominium. No pet shall be permitted on any common area of the premises without a leash or other appropriate restraint. Pets are not permitted in any grass, planting, tree or shrubbery area on the premises; nor are they permitted in or about the pool area.
RENOVATIONS: When interior remodeling is planned, the unit owner must notify the manager 30 days in advance. All major remodeling, defined as remodeling that will require more than 30 days, must be done during the off-season when Venetian Isle occupancy is low and remodeling will cause the least disruption to their owners. This period is May 1st to October 31st, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No exceptions.
BOATS & DOCKS: The use of a boat dock, when available, may be obtained by the execution of a lease between the Association and the Owner. Boat lifts, davits, or other similar devices are not allowed. Likewise, lockers and all other paraphernalia storage devices are not to be placed on the docks.
DRIVEWAYS & PARKING ZONES: Please use your garage or garages rather than taking an outside stall whenever possible. If you are planning a party, please notify the Manager who will assist planning sufficient space or will arrange a parking attendant at your expense. Garage doors should always be kept close except when in use. All bicycles/or motor-powered two or three wheeled vehicles must be kept in garages when not in use.
