Spindrift Club Association Rule Highlights Leasing Unit: Minimum 60 days, maximum 1 time per year. Occupancy by a lessee is subject to approval of the lessee's application for permission to occupy, as provided in the by-laws, as well as the execution of the form of lease that has been approved by the Board of Directors. These documents must be received by the Manager 30 days before occupancy to provide time for processing. The main occupant of an apartment other than the owner shall within one day after their arrival register in the red lessee/guest book which is located on the cabinet in the bulk mail room.

Security: All entrance doors are to be kept locked at all times.

Front Parking Appearance: Automobiles, station wagons, passenger vans and mini vans which are windowed completely around the exterior are acceptable. Vehicles should not display advertising and should be painted with two or less solid colors only. No trailers, boats on trailers, pickup trucks, motor homes or RV's may be kept on Spindrift property. To facilitate loading a U-Haul trailer, a single overnight exception can be made by the resident manager. All trucks (pickup, panel, utility, maintenance, delivery, van type, etc.) are prohibited from parking on the property except for Spindrift maintenance work and delivery.

Patio and Balcony Decor: All protective curtains, blinds or other devices designed to protect balconies, patios or other exterior areas from the elements shall be approved by the Board of Directors before being installed. No change in exterior color shall be permitted which might have the effect of changing the general exterior appearance of the building. Colored lights shall not be exhibited on balconies or patios except for the customary Christmas lights during the appropriate season.

Pool: Pool hours are 8am and dusk. No lifeguard on duty. No one under 15 years old shall use the pool without an adult. Use of the pool is limited to owners, their parents and/or their children, lessees, their house guests and a maximum of two (2) non-lodging visitors. Running, swearing, shouting or rowdy playing in the pool area is not permitted.

Noise: Radios, television sets and musical instruments shall be kept at minimum volume between 10 pm and 10 am. Parties in the units and their lanais, after 10 pm should generate no objectionable noise which would disturb your neighbor (Remember, your neighbor's bedroom window is next to your lanai).

Bicycles: They are to be parked in the north side, outside bicycle rack or within (not outside) the unit's storage locker. Do not transport on the carpet areas or elevators.

Dock Area: Persons under the age of 15 years are not permitted in the dock area without adult supervision. Diving or swimming off the piers is prohibited. Fishing tackle, coolers or any other gear shall not be stored on the seawall or any pier or bulkhead. Leasing of docks will be to a Spindrift Member only and for a specific boat only. Leases shall be under the supervision of the Board of Directors. Lessee will make no changes to piling or docks without the Board of Directors consent, except for the installation of bits, cleats, rings, dock lines, etc., which lessee may install at his own expense.

Club House: The Club House facilities, including the grill, are for the use of the owners, lessees and their guests. Children must be accompanied by an adult and children are not allowed to play in the newly decorated Club House. Reservations for private parties must be made and are on a " first come, first reserved " system. Spindrift Club functions such as monthly cocktail parties, holiday dinners or meetings for the benefit of all residents have first priority. The person making the reservation will be responsible for the prompt clean up after the use. If Club House is not left clean, there will be a clean up charge of $15 per hour billed to the unit owner.
