Martinique Club Association Rules Highlights

USE RESTRICTIONS: No commercial activity shall be conducted in or from any unit. There are no occupancy time limits on the Primary Resident or the family members who permanently reside there.

GUEST USE: All house guests are limited to 30 days when Primary Resident is there. If the Primary Resident is not occupying the unit, immediate family members may occupy the unit for up to 30 days.

UNIT LEASING: Units may not be leased or rented.

PETS: No pets of any kind are permitted.

PARKING: One under-building parking space is assigned to each unit. Uncovered parking is also provided for the use of owners and their guests.

POOL & PATIO: Hose off sand before entering. Pool use is from 9am to dusk. Children not potty trained must wear swim diapers. Persons under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers.

GRILLS: Grills should be reserved in advance on the mail room calendar. Clean after use.

LANAI/SOCIAL ROOM: May be reserved except on holidays. Please sign up at least a week in advance.

VENDORS/RENOVATIONS: Service people are restricted to working hours of 8am to 4pm on weekdays. Major projects must be started and completed during the off-season from May 15th – Oct 15th.

OTHER: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Wind chimes are prohibited.

About The Moorings
