Lausanne Association Rule Highlights

UNIT LEASING: No unit may be leased for less than 90 days. Board approval is required. Limited to 4 persons in a 2-bedroom and 6 persons in a 3-bedroom. No sub-leasing.

UNIT OCCUPANCY: Unit shall be used only as a Single-Family residence. Guests, other than immediate family, are limited to 15 days twice per year when an owner is not in residence.

PETS: Are prohibited.

LOBBY/SECURITY: Security guards are on duty in both buildings during non-office hours.

TRASH CHUTES: Are available for use on each floor.

EXERCISE ROOM: Use facilities at your own risk.

PARKING: Must have a pass to park overnight. Parking campers, mobile homes, boats, boat trailers, etc is not allowed.

PARTY ROOM: Are for the use of owners and lessees by reservation only with the office. A refundable $500 fee will be charged for each reservation.

GAME & POOL TABLE ROOM: Hours are 9am-10pm.

POOL: Open 8am-10pm. Use at your own risk. No running or jumping into the pool. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. All persons must shower before using the pool. Glass containers or food are not allowed.

SAUNA: No children under 12 will be allowed without an adult present.

GAS GRILLS: Take care to leave the grill clean for next user and turn off gas at valve.

SMOKING: Smoking in the common areas, stairwells, elevators, etc is prohibited.

About Larry
