UNIT LEASING:
Maximum of 2 rentals in a calendar year, with a minimum lease term of 30 days. Board approval with application and written lease required. Renters may not have a pet or boat onsite.
UNIT OCCUPANCY:
Maximum persons to occupy a unit is 2 per bedroom plus 2 persons. When the owner is not in residence, for immediate family there is no restriction, and for other guests it is limited to 2 times per year for a maximum of 14 days each.
GUEST SUITE:
One-bedroom suite is available for rent. Members may rent for 5-7 day periods and non-members must rent for a minimum of a month.
PETS:
Approved pets of owners may be kept on the premises provided that they are on a leash while outside. An owner may have a maximum of 2 pets. No one but owners are allowed to have a pet on the premises. No pets allowed in the pool area or on the boat docks.
PARKING:
Each owner has an assigned parking space. A 2nd space is available, only if they are in residence and have 2 cars. Guest parking is also available in the designated spaces. Trucks, trailers, campers, mobile homes and boats are not permitted. There are 11 deeded covered spaces, 10 assigned covered spaces, and the rest are uncovered spaces.
POOL:
Hours are sunrise to sunset. Shower before entering the pool. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
CHICKEE HUT:
Available with restrooms and ice machine.
GRILLS:
Outdoor grills are available between pool area and seawall. Grilling anywhere else is prohibited. Clean the grill and turn off the propane after each use.
BOATS & DOCKS:
New boat owners will pay a one-time fee of $1,200 and annual fee of $600 for each vessel owned. Boats are limited to 38’ in length and 8 feet in height above the water. No lifts are allowed.
KAYAKS/PADDLEBOARDS:
Kayak launch is available for use at the boat docks. New kayak owners will pay a one-time fee of $300 and annual fee of $100 for each vessel owned. Racks are available behind the chickee hut for storage while an owner is in residence.
