UNIT LEASING: All leases must be in writing and have prior approval from the Association. No unit may be leased more than 3 times in any calendar year, with a minimum lease of 60 days.
UNIT OCCUPANCY: Each unit shall be occupied only by a single family as a residence. When an owner is not in residence, there is no restriction for close relatives as guests. If not a close relative, owners are limited to lending/leasing their unit no more than 3 times per year.
PETS: Are not allowed in any unit or on property at any time. Exceptions for emotional support animals must have prior written approval.

BICYCLE & KAYAK STORAGE: Register all bicycles with the office. Kayak spaces are $100 annually. Store only in designated areas and remove when not in residence.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in any indoor common area, property in between buildings including grass/chickee/pool area, or within 20 feet of any building.
