Gulf Bay Association Rule Highlights

Unit leasing: Maximum of 2 leases in a calendar year, with a minimum lease term of 30 days. Board approval with application and written lease required. Renters may not have a pet onsite.

Unit Occupancy: 1 Bedroom Unit: maximum of five persons; 2 Bedroom Unit: maximum of seven persons; 3 bedroom unit: maximum of nine persons

Alteration of unit: Any and all structural changes, alterations and remodeling projects creating noise, dust, dirt and debris are permitted only between May 15th and October 15th.

Pets: Approved pets of owners may be kept on the premises provided that they are on a leash while outside. No more than one pet per owner is allowed. No pets are allowed on the pool deck or in the pool area.

Parking: Each owner is designated one parking space. Guest spaces are clearly marked.

Pool: Pool hours are 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Shower before entering pool. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Chickee hut: Available with restrooms and ice machine. Bicycle storage is available in a room at the rear of the chickee.

Grills: The outdoor grill is available only in the designated area. All users must clean the grill after use.

Boats & Docks: Boat slips are assigned to owners by the Dockmaster.

Kayaks/Paddleboards: On the floating dock there are 8 racks for kayak or paddleboard storage.
