Do you like authentic Italian cooking? Is it difficult to find real Italian recipes taught in English, with measurements in both grams and cups? What better way to approach this experience with an authentic Italian cook and health coach who haslearned her cooking secrets passed down from generation to generation.

Enjoy a fun and informal private lessons about Italian cuisine, lifestyle, language and nutrition. The idea of the cooking lesson is to give you the flavour of true Italian lifestyle through food, an experience for all senses.

The lesson will be held in a cosy family and homey environment, so you can truly understand our culture and passion for food. It will include three healthy recipes (first course, main course and dessert) using fresh seasonal ingredients bought at the local market and will last for 3 hrs -3 ½ hrs, then dinner together. A seasonal menu is usually discussed together according to your taste, food allergies and diet. You will be welcomed with a rich appetizer and some prosecco just to set the atmosphere. After the class, you can enjoy the food together.

During the cruise, you will be passing along the shores of the Lake, admiring picturesque fishermen villages, sceneries and hidden natural spots. The itinerary includes also a visit of Bellagio, the pearl of Lake Como, where you can do shopping and lunch. Having a private boat allows you to stop in any place and gives you a real freedom in visiting what you like the most.

During the tour, you can stop and visit (payable locally) one of the famous and impressive Villas around the lake, such as: Villa Carlotta, that houses one of the most beautiful Neoclassical art collections and original furniture dating back to the mid of the 19th century. Beside you can walk along the magnificent botanical gardens; Or Villa del Balbianello, with its elaborated and panoramic terraced gardens, dominated by the elegant loggia affording on both sides a beautiful view of the lake. APARTMENT DESCRIPTION This lovely house is composed of two interconnecting apartments. Strategically located in the center of the beautiful Dorsoduro District, this is probably one of the most fascinating contemporary 4-bed room apartment you can find in Venice.

Chic and minimalist, located at the second floor of a typical Venetian Renaissance Palazzo in the Dorsoduro district. It has been recently renovated using the latest techniques while respecting the building’s original structure and beautifully furnished by influent Italian designers. It is composed of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin trundle bedroom that must be walked through to get to the second double bedroom. These two bedrooms share a second bathroom. The living area is incredibly bright and stylish with a large steel dining table and a well-equipped kitchen.

Then other two double bedrooms, the first has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with high-tech shower cabin, while the second share the bathroom with the living room. From the Istria stone balcony by the living room you can enjoy a unique canal view. A well-equipped kitchen serves an elegant dining area. SATURDAY · SEPTEMBER 26TH DISCOVER THE VENETIAN LAGOON: MURANO GLASS BLOWING, BURANO, AND MAZZOBORO ISLANDS

The Grand Canal of Venice is the most spectacular “high street” in the world. The sumptuous palaces were constructed over hundreds of years and slowly the Grand Canal became what is today. Take this private tour by motor launch and you can admire the magnificent palaces with the help of your guide recounting the stories and history.

The boat will drop you off on the famous Island of Murano, where the glass blowing dates back to the 10th century.

Whilst watching one of the glass masters blowing the glass in the furnace, you will be explained the history and the process of the glass making throughout the years.

After this, your private water taxi will then reach the colourful Island of Burano, famous for its brightly coloured houses, the fishing industry and the lace making: you will have time to walk around this elegant little island and also to see one of the local old ladies working on the Burano lace: she will show you the different stitches involved in making these wonderful works of art. Here are the details about booking with them: Your trip cost is quoted as a total cost including all the sightseeing you wish to plan in advance. The tour price includes planning, handling and operational charges. Your fully inclusive trip price is quoted in U.S. Dollars and cannot be broken down.

INCLUDED • Hotels as noted above, including tax and breakfast.

• 2 day vip tickets for oktoberfest • Itinerary planning and design of the tour according to the exact needs of the traveler.

• Logistical recommendations and help with decisions on every aspect of the timing of the trip, including routing, museum openings, national holidays, etc.

• All touring, transfers, a private vehicle where planned, an English-speaking guide as noted, entrance fees to all museums in the program.

• Recommended restaurant list for each destination (reservations are complimentary); full listing of theater events for each destination; recommended reading list.

• Choice of paper or electronic travel documents.

• 24-hour local emergency contact in each destination, staffed by our local English-speaking manager.

NOT INCLUDED • Meals not indicated • Theater Performances.

• Airfare.

• Gratuities.

• Any personal expenses at the hotels or elsewhere.

• Optional trip cancellation insurance.

• Upgraded rooms or suites at all hotels.

• Any items not listed as included.

BOOKING PROCEDURES To make further changes, or just to see a fully descriptive itinerary, our next step is a $250 planning deposit.

This planning deposit completely applies to the final trip cost but is not refundable. We’ll make all the changes necessary to get the program just right for you, but no services are confirmed at this point.

If you are ready to start locking in our top guides and confirming appointments, a non-refundable deposit, which is a total of 25% of the entire cost of the trip, is due. Upon receiving a full deposit, we will proceed with the necessary arrangements and reservations, followed by confirmation of all services. All deposits are fully applied against the cost of the tour. We can still continue to tweak and modify the program at this point.

Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure.

Payment can be made by credit card, US Dollars check, Euro check or wire transfer.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, with no extra charge.

To enable the wire transfer payment to be processed efficiently please ALWAYS note on the wire transfer order the name of the travellers and your agency name.

FINAL DOCUMENTS We are a totally paperless travel company giving you and your clients the opportunity to travel without boring travel documents, that can be lost or damaged. We provide for each service an E-Voucher, a confirmation number that can be shown to the local suppliers to be recognized.

In same cases, we still provide paper travel documents via email in pdf format: this is for some supplier not ready to accept or track e-voucher such as some restaurants, jetfoil or a few others. If your clients feel more comfortable, we will provide vouchers in a traditional paper.

CANCELLATION POLICY We strongly recommends that travellers purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance.

The following cancellation penalties apply for non group bookings: In case of cancellation between confirmation and 30 days a penalty of USD 150,00 per service will be charged.
