ONE DAY EVENT: SOUTH AFRICA NIGHT AT LARGAY HQ Available immediately for EO board members traveling to South Africa in April for the EO Global Meeting. A presentation on accomodations, experiences and activities to make the most of their trip to South Africa as well as Q&A with Largay Travel’s African specialist travel advisors.

Largay Travel’s headquaters located at 1525 Hamilton Avenue in Waterbury Connecticut offers two intimate conference rooms with full AV capabilities for any type of presentation and live webinar. The office also hosts a full kitchen for any entertainment and catering needs for your event. Largay Travel’s expert advisors can walk EO members through any questions or concerns they have as well as have a representative from our supplier partners in South Africa join us live using Zoom during the presentation.

After your meeting head over to your Chamard Vineyard “Crush Experience� in which the EO members will get to make wine followed by a magnificant dinner and wine tasting in the wine cellar. Conveniently located just a 10 minute drive from Waters Edge where we can arrange for transportation to and from if the group decides on an overnight stay.

ONE DAY EVENT: WINVIAN FARMS / LITCHFIELD DISTILLERY EXPERIENCE Winvian Farms located on a historic Litchfield Hills estate offers multiple unique meeting space for both small intimate groups and larger gatherings with excellent dining and accomodation options for any overnight needs.

After your meeting head over to your Litchfeild Distillery experience located Conveniently 5 minutes down the road from Winvian Farms. Thanks to Largay Travel’s exclusive relationship you can enjoy a private tour with one of the distillery’s owners on how they create their spirits followed by a tasting and private dinner in the distill room.

WEEKEND GETAWAY: GRAND CASCADE LODGE, NJ A member only or member and family getaway to Grand Cascade Lodge, AAA Four Diamond, with golf, spa, and activities for the entire family. Located in Hamburg New Jersey Grand Cascade is an easy drive from Connecticut and offers a number of meeting spaces and activities including 6 championship golf courses within 5 miles, hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing, archery and much more. The EO dinner could be held in the wine cellar, with over 135,000 bottles of wine, and an EO golf tournament could take place. Learning tracks could include Kelly Clements for couples coaching and other speakers that can allow for a shared learning experience for the EO member and their significant other.

WEEKEND GETAWAY: OCEAN EDGE RESORT, MA A member only or member and family getaway to the beautiful Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster, MA. Voted by Conde Naste as one of the top 25 resorts in New England the Ocean Edge Resort has something for everyone. With multiple group meeting spaces, activities like paddleboarding, kayaking, golf and spa as well as unique venue opportunities like a private beach event this is a great option no matter the size of the group. Largay Travel can arrange for a private Oyster Bed tour and tasting for the group that is fun for everyone no matter their age.

GROUP TRIP: KENTUCKY BOURBON TRAIL BIKING TRIP OCTOBER 6TH-10TH, 2020 An exclusive group trip with Largay Travel’s preferred partner Backroads through the legendary Kentucky Bourbon Trail. The trip can include a speaker component with the right participation. This trip has not been released to the public yet, so it could be an exclusive EO trip or can include other guests. The trip would be hosted

by Largay Travel’s president Amanda Klimak and her husband, Gary, and is limited to 22 guests.

Short Description: Pedal past peaceful bluegrass pastures where thoroughbreds graze and sample barrel-aged spirits at Bourbon Trail distilleries on Backroads’ five-day, Louisville-to-Lexington tour.
