Leica creates a symbol not only for quality but also of what photography should be. Taking a photograph is capturing an instant but this does not mean that the art of photography is fast.

Brand guidelines
Four independent companies share the Leica brand, Leica Geosystems, Leica Microsystems, Leica Biosystems and Leica Camera. Although they each sell very different products, they all share two main common things, firstly its appreciation for high quality products that put precission at its core, secondly creating products that are durable with the best materials.
Leica camerafocuses mainly in creating cameras for professional use with a passion for perfection and creating unique images. utilizing the best lenses, almost and art of craftmanship in the way their products are created. Their brand has not change that much despite its longevity, their logo, their colors, and values stand strong even after all this year. Thus, establishing a strong sense of realibility and perfectionism, designs so good that even time can not age them.
With a very traditional color scheme, consisting mainly of black, whites and greys, the Leica Red pops up amogsnt them as a seal signifying the Leica brand, the Leica red dot.
