Healthcare Support (QQI Level 5)

This course allows learners to gain and develop key skills in order to work in the healthcare sector . The course includes regular input from local employers and external businesses, and also has a Work Experience component

Progression Options In response to the demand in our community for skilled care workers , this course will train learners for a career in healthcare . This qualification allows graduates work in nursing homes, residential units , day care centres or as agency care workers within the community. Entry Requirements All applicants are subject to interview and an online assessment in Maths and English.

Duration Classes will be scheduled Tuesday & Thursday evenings in Edenderry, there may be some online provision.
