First established in Indonesia in 1972 under the legacy name of PT. Rislianto, the company has taken on a number of names over the years reflecting the evolution of its Asian and global parents. From PT. Rislianto to PT. Davis Langdon & Seah, to PT. Langdon and Seah and then to PT. Arcadis Indonesia. With the withdrawal of Arcadis from Indonesia in 2019 and the purchase of the company by its local management, the company’s most recent incarnation is PT. Lantera Sejahtera Indonesia.

Over those many years the company has been involved in many of the best-known and most prestigious projects in the country. Its varied track record takes in a multitude of projects from nearly every sector of the construction industry.

PT. Lantera Sejahtera Indonesia operates throughout Indonesia from two offices situated in Jakarta and Bali and is managed by a closely knit team of expatriate and local resident directors, who bring together more than 80 collective years of experience of construction cost and project management in Indonesia.

PT. Lantera Sejahtera Indonesia has throughout its history in Indonesia played a significant role in the establishment of quantity surveying in the country and maintains close and long-established relationships within the construction industry.
