Dru Yoga is fun, soft and flowing, it can increase flexibility, strength and vitality and bring in a positive energy. It combines beautiful sequences of yoga poses, breathing, positive affirmations and visualisations, releasing stress and anxiety and offering an overall feeling of wellbeing.
Jill’s yoga sessions are always fun and inclusive with flowing yoga, meditation, breath work, relaxation, candle gazing, outdoor yoga, walking and relaxing in the countryside and much more! Each class includes an element of deep relaxation to nurture and encourage stillness and balance the body and mind.
Students are invited to work at their own level within their own comfort zone.

Friday
•15:00 Hotel check in, unpack and relax
•17:00 Welcome and spirit of the weekend yoga session (1.5 hours)
•19:00 Welcome drinks reception followed by a two course evening meal with the group
Saturday
• From 07:30 (at leisure) Full Cornish and continental breakfast

• 10:00 Morning yoga (1.5 hours)
• 11:30 Check out
• 12:00 Choice of a 1 course Sunday carvery or a picnic lunch to take away

You will be served two nourishing breakfasts, two healthy lunches and two delicious evening meals. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know when booking. Unlimited water available, which you can top up with your reusable water bottle.

A walk out to Respryn Woods which is only a short five minute drive from Lanhydrock Hotel The woods are home to many picturesque paths that run alongside the upper banks of the River Fowey, which provides some of the most idyllic locations for wild swimming. Following the trail down through the woods, there are also various entry points to the river that make for an easy dip, where the banks gently slope to meet the surface of the water, or in some instances give way to tiny beaches from which you can wade out from.
