If the kitchen is the heart of the traditional Italian household, pasta is its lifeblood. And Pappardelle’s pasta is hand-crafted with the same care and attention to detail artists use when taking paint to canvas or chisel to stone.

A time-honored tradition, Pappardelle’s uses a delicate craft to turn flour, water and a variety of herbs, spices, vegetables and fruits into edible art, including offerings such as Artichoke Lemon Tagliatelle, Hatch Green Chile Pappardelle and Dark Chocolate Linguine.

Pappardelle’s selects only the finest quality ingredients for its vast assortment of ravioli fillings, sauces and pesto. Each filling is made in small batches, creating succulent and lingering flavors; with many so thick, chunky and full of texture that they’re hand-fed into the ravioli forming process. Sauces are simmered for hours to extract the perfect balance of flavors and pesto made by hand using traditional methods that simulate the use of a mortar and pestle.
