臺北國際花卉博覽會 - 新生公園夢想館、未來館 與生活展館新建工程 ─ 青境工程顧問有限公司 主持人 林大元 專訪 Taipei International Flora Exposition – New Constructional Landscape Engineering for Pavilion of Dreams, Pavilion of Future and Pavilion of Life in Xinsheng Park 採訪整理：曾筱茹、溫筑婷 照片提供：青境工程顧問有限公司 主持人 林大元 Abstract Continuing with the exclusive interview event for award-winning projects in LANDSCAPE 2014-I, the works interviewed this time is the “Taipei International Flora Exposition – New Constructional Landscape Engineering for Pavilion of Dreams, Pavilion of Future and Pavilion of Life in Xinsheng Park”. “Director Lin Ta-Yuan from Ecoscape formosana” was further invited to talk in details about the planning and design corresponding to the spaces between Taipei International Flora Exposition, the three pavilions in Xinsheng Park, the external landscapes and how to apply intensive and diversified approaches to conduct the recycling and reuse of water, roof greening as well as vertical greening operation in order to reduce the indoor temperature, thereby pursuing the win-win situation for exhibition promotion, landscape optimization, old tree protection, as well as energy saving and carbon reduction.
￭ Design Key Points 1. Keep the existing arbors (old trees) within the base as the overall design concept. 2.Introduce energy saving concepts during the early stage of planning, such as: “green building, vertical greening and green roof”, so as to maintain constant temperature for the exhibition hall with minimized energy consumption. 3. Utilize the wastewater within the base for recycling and reuse as the irrigation for plants in the park to reduce the follow-up maintenance cost.
