Feng-Xiang Community Landscape design 採訪整理：曾筱茹 照片提供：瀚翔景觀國際有限公司 Abstract Faced with the elongated artificial ground of the construction project, as well as constraints such as the high-density high-rise building, surrounding blue and green belt resources are integrated to create an urban micro ecosystem and ecological stepping stone. Furthermore, natural plantations are cultivated to conceal large areas of the hardware space and soften the architectural volume. Taking the 6m wide emergency fire lane that separates the community as the challenge and turning it into a recreational corridor for community bonding, the staggered approach is implemented to soften the lines, introduce the concept of points and lines and create the recreational space of the small community.
Design Key Points 1.Connect the spatial texture between the surrounding green belt and blue belt in order to match the spatial impression of the site seamlessly with the surrounding environment. 2.Build an urban green network that is connected to the existing surrounding ecology, where the construction site creates the nodes of urban habitat and ecological network. 3.Utilize natural materials and elements to create spatial simplicity and exquisiteness. 4.Utilize the concept of points and lines, where the green trail lines complement the recreational space points to enhance the spatial rhythm of the community. 5.Create a space for people of all ages and a space that is equipped with barrier-free environmental design. 6.Create the community within the park to reduce the direct line of sight due to the distance between buildings.
