Following the excavation of a two-storey basement and steel frame superstructure, this was a project in two parts, with the early handover of the four-storey office portion of the development for the early occupation by our client, and full fit-out of both the residential and commercial portions to a very high standard.

Architecturally striking, the building has a façade of Portland stone cladding to the front, with a rear façade predominantly of brick, each elevation responding to the environment within which it sits on this tight central London site.
The interiors are architecturally contemporary, softened by the client’s more traditional aesthetic, and is made up of five bedroom suites, a large entertainment room comprising cinema, pool and tennis tables, family and professional kitchen, with a passenger lift to all floors. The property features underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout, solar panelling, Italian marble and bespoke joinery.
