We were delighted to review this property overlooking the prestigious Eaton Square in Belgravia.
Boasting heritage features in a Georgian house, we have evaluated the existing floor plan and proposed two reconfigured options for the best use of space and value-added design.
Option 1 focuses on reconfiguring the space to become a one-bedroom apartment. The proposed changes include opening the kitchen to face the reception room, making it more suitable for modern living. The existing second bedroom will become part of an impressive master suite, which will serve as a master wardrobe.
Option 2 retains the existing configuration with two bedrooms, where the smallest one could be a kid's bedroom or a study. The living area is reconfigured as in Option 1.
