Rory’s entire working life has been in property, and for 30 years, he has specialised as a professional Project Manager, successfully delivering a wide range of schemes of varying shapes, sizes, and complexities, working with both private clients and developers.
Hamza holds Master’s degrees in Architecture and Management and bridges Landmass’s core areas. With experience across the UK, France, and Africa, he has worked on residential, hospitality, and office projects, with a focus on creativity, value, and deliverability at every stage.
