Claudia is a RIBA-registered architect and interior designer with 10+ years of experience working on complex properties, including many Grade I and II listed buildings. She creates bespoke designs that elevate the space and enhance functionality while respecting the character and heritage of each property.
HEAD OF DESIGN ACQUISITIONS
Hamza holds Master’s degrees in Architecture and Management and bridges Landmass’s core areas.
He leads sourcing, appraisals, due diligence, investor relations, market reports, and technical drawings, with a focus on creativity, value, and deliverability at every stage.
