One of the most commonly overlooked project expenses is the cost of preparing your site. Landmark will assist you in determining the cost of site pad preparation, utilities, parking, and landscaping, as well as making sure that your building complies with all federal, state, and local ordinances.
At no additional charge, Landmark will acquire all construction documents necessary to make sure your building is in compliance with all local and state planning and zoning regulations.
