Hammer Mills production will vary depending on three factors: Moisture in Grain, Size of Screen and Horse Power.
Model Examples MODEL 4000:
Moisture of 25 to 28%, Screen Size of 5/16”. Horse Power of 200 = 1,500 LBs per minute. Moisture of 13 to 15%, Screen Size of 1/8”. Horse Power of 200 = 1 ton every 3 to 6 minutes.
MODEL 4220/4120:
Manufactured in Lancaster, PA, these hammer mills are designed for easy set-up and moving around capabilities.
Moisture of 25 to 28%, Screen Size of 5/16”. Horse Power of 200 = 1 ton per minute. Moisture of 13 to 15%, Screen Size of 1/8”. Horse Power of 200 = 1 ton every 2 to 4 minutes.

Built with efficiency and simplicity in mind. A low cost mill that can be easily installed into a turn key system, saving time and energy during the feeding process. 30 and 50 Hp motor configurations available.
MODEL 4120/4220 is a high-capacity Hammer Mill. It has more screen room with a 22” diameter drum for more capacity and speed. These models are 30-40% faster than our MODEL 4000 Hammer Mills with an 18” diameter drum. 4220’s feature a new welded drum housing design.
MODEL 4220 BLOWER-OUT MODEL 4120 BAGGER MILL All in one bagger-grinding. Makes high moisture corn grinding simple. Comes with 6’, 8’, 9’, 10 ‘and 12’ hoop option. Hoops are designed for easy installation. See back page for model examples.
