Lancashire Textiles have been manufacturing bedding, pillows and other soft furnishings at our mill in Burnley for over 20 years. For products not made here, we have rigorously selected overseas partners who share our values and quality of craftsmanship.

2024 sees some exciting new ranges such as our NEW British wool ranges, the expansion of our ‘Made In Britain’ feather range, our NEW snug bug™ ranges and our innovative new fill ‘Micro Loft™’ used in pads and the new Boutique pillow collection.

Our Lancashire mill has 55,0000 square feet of production space with dedicated zones for the manufacture of bedding, cushion pads and other home furnishings.

We have the experience, manpower and technological capabilities to produce large volumes of high-quality, outstanding products to any specification.

Our dispatch team is fully capable of sending a high volume of orders in a short time, ensuring efficient and precise results every time. The factory has trailer access for bulk collection or delivery.

Our wool comes from audited and assured farms across the UK. It is then scoured in Yorkshire for the manufacture of our wool products in Lancashire

Wool is naturally temperature regulating, hypoallergenic, breathable and extremely comfy!

Odour Resistant...

Wool absorbs sweat and releases it before bacteria has a chance to develop and produce bad odours.

Breathable...

Wool fibres when tightly packed form tiny pockets of air allowing it to absorb and release moisture and breathe!

Biodegradable...

Wool can be returned to the earth to decompose and release nutrients back into the ground in as little as 3-4 months.

A regular synthetic pillow can take approx. 200 years!

Naturally Renewable...

Each year sheep will produce a new fleece making wool a renewable source.

Hygroscopic...

As humidity rises the fibre absorbs and releases water vapour, during the absorption phase heat is retained naturally insulating.

Wool naturally reacts to changes in body temperature and environment so when used in bedding and pillows will keep the user cool in summer and warm in winter.

Natural Safety...

Wool has high water and nitrogen content making it naturally flame-retardant and has a very high ignition threshold.

Hypoallergenic...

Wool does not promote the growth of bacteria or hold dust making it naturally hypoallergenic.

Made in-house, our NEW wool pads are made using 100% cotton covers filled with 100% British wool. Plump, soft and comfy our wool inners are naturally hypoallergenic and temperature regulating.

To say that wool bedding is on the verge of becoming a wellbeing trend would be doing it a disservice.

The research backing wool bedding means it’s less of a moment and more of a full on movement.

In short, it’s what we should have been sleeping under all along.

An excellent low-cost alternative, the cushion pads offer the same plumpness as our polycotton but encased in polypropylene casing, these inners are the ideal choice for an economy range of cushions.

The goose feathers and soft down clusters are the perfect combination for a comfortable yet supportive pillow. They have been encased in 100% cotton, which also acts as a barrier to stop the feathers from protruding.

The cover material is a 300TC blend of organic bamboo fibre and natural cotton which is naturally hypoallergenic and perfect for regulating your temperature. Due to the absorbency properties of bamboo, the duvets and pillows wicks sweat and odour away.

The filling is a 100% natural wool fibre outer with a core of polyester fibre, ensuring an ultra-soft pillow. All of this is encased in a pure cotton casing with a 5cm wall, piped edge and quilted fabric for durability. The pillow fits into a standard sized pillowcase.

The cotton cover is crisp, fresh and finished with a self piped edge for added luxury and durability.

Filled to a medium support level with hollowfibre filling makes this an ideal choice for side or back sleepers.

This premium duvet is lightweight, soft and warm. Made with a 100% pure cotton casing and filled with pure goose down for a guaranteed luxurious sleeping experience. The box construction keeps the filling evenly distributed throughout the duvet while the double stitched piped edges give it a superior finish with added longevity.

The cover material is a blend of bamboo fibre and cotton which is perfect for regulating your temperature. Due to the absorbency properties of bamboo, the duvets and pillows wicks sweat and odour away. This luxurious high-quality bamboo range has a 300 thread count and contains bamboo fibres.
