Lancashire Textiles have been manufacturing bedding, pillows and other soft furnishings at our mill in Burnley for over 20 years. For products not made here, we have rigorously selected overseas partners who share our values and quality of craftsmanship.

2024 sees some exciting new ranges such as our NEW British wool ranges, the expansion of our ‘Made In Britain’ feather range, our NEW snug bug™ ranges and our innovative new fill ‘Micro Loft™’ used in pads and the new Boutique pillow collection.

Our Lancashire mill has 55,0000 square feet of production space with dedicated zones for the manufacture of bedding, cushion pads and other home furnishings.

We have the experience, manpower and technological capabilities to produce large volumes of high-quality, outstanding products to any specification.

Our dispatch team is fully capable of sending a high volume of orders in a short time, ensuring efficient and precise results every time. The factory has trailer access for bulk collection or delivery.

British Wool

Our wool comes from audited and assured farms across the UK. The wool is then double scoured in Yorkshire andthen comes over The Pennines for us to use to make ourpillows and pads and more here in Lancashire.

Naturally temperature regulating, hypoallergenic, breathable and extremely comfy!

Hygroscopic... Wool is naturally insulating. Wool naturally reacts to changes in body temperature and environment so when used in bedding and pillows, duvets and mattress toppers it will keep the user cool in summer and warm in winter.

Natural Safety... Wool has high water and nitrogen content making it naturally flame-retardant and has a very high ignition threshold.

Hypoallergenic... Wool does not promote the growth of bacteria or hold dust making it naturally hypoallergenic.

Odour Resistant... Wool absorbs sweat and releases it before bacteria has a chance to develop and produce bad odours.

Breathable... Wool fibres when tightly packed form tiny pockets of air allowing it to absorb and release moisture and breathe!

Naturally Renewable... Each year sheep will produce a new fleece making wool a renewable source.

Encased in cooling 100% cotton shells/ticks our natural wool pillows are a must have for this year and beyond.

The 100% British wool creates a perfect pillow with benefits such as temperature regulating (cool in summer and warm in the winter), breathable, odour resistant and naturally hypoallergenic.

The pillows need little plumping and will last far longer than feather pillows.

100% British wool encased in a 100% quilted cotton case with a zipped side to gives the user access to the wool inside to adjust to their comfort level or to wash the cover.

100% British wool encased in a quilted blend of bamboo and cotton this pillow is a naturally hypoallergenic and is ideal for those with eczema, hypersensitive skin or allergy sufferers.

Duck Feathers encased in 100% cotton with a 233 thread count to ensure no feathers escape the pillow. The pillow is finished with a double stitched piped edge to offer extra durability. Minimally processed, 100% cotton tick, unbleached so retains its natural off-white color with naturally occurring flecks from the raw cotton throughout. Micro down offers the same softness and loft as luxury goose and duck down fill but as a synthetic alternative it is suitable for allergy sufferers and both vegan and child friendly.

Soft and natural 300 thread count bamboo and cotton blend quilted case filled with soft and plump Micro Loft that gives the effect of a down pillow. Natural fibres and synthetic fill that are hypoallergenic, temperature controlling, breathable, dust, mould and mildew resistant making this an ideal pillow for allergy sufferers.

The filling is a 100% natural wool fibre outer with a core of polyester fibre, ensuring an ultra-soft pillow. All of this is encased in a pure cotton casing with a 5cm wall, piped edge and quilted fabric for durability. The pillow fits into a standard sized pillowcase.

Our orthopaedic anti-snore pillow has been designed for people that sleep on their back to eradicate or reduce snoring. The hollow in the centre slightly tilts the head which then opens the airwaves reducing any pressure which often is the main cause of snoring. We have designed the hollow to be slightly off centre making it suitable for the majority of people whether they have a short neck or a long neck.

Made with waterproof antimicrobial non-woven laminate polyurethane casing - to help prevent the spread of germs and viruses and filled with hollowfibre to a medium fill level, these pillows are ideal for use in nursing homes, hospitals, children’s beds and much more.
