Our Lancashire mill has 55,0000 square feet of production space with dedicated zones for the manufacture of bedding, cushion pads and other home furnishings.
We have the experience, manpower and technological capabilities to produce large volumes of high-quality, outstanding products to any specification.
Our dispatch team is fully capable of sending a high volume of orders in a short time, ensuring efficient and precise results every time. The factory has trailer access for bulk collection or delivery.
‘Green Tint’ Healthcare Range
With a water resistance level of over 2500 mm, our wipe clean, Green Tint healthcare range is ideal for use in hospitals, care homes and other care settings.
The fabric is exceptionally strong yet light material with excellent drainage and permeability properties that allow air to pass through freely.
Water resistant, wipe clean products are hygienic and offer longevity in comparison to regular fabric products.

‘Green Tint’ Duvet
Water resistant, wipe clean, hygienic and comfy.
Our ‘green tint’ duvets are available in a cool 4.5 tog or warmer 10.5 tog and in wither single or double sizes.
The duvets are flame retardant to BS 7175 Source 5 regulation making them ideal for care settings.

The wipe down spa massage pillow has been designed with comfort, convenience and hygiene in mind. This pillow offers firm to medium neck and head support with a comforting nook for front sleepers.
Filled with 100% Polyester Hollowfibre the pillow is soft yet supportive.
Wipe Clean Water Resistant Range
Water resistant and wipe clean and amply filled with hollowfibre to a medium level that isn’t too firm or too soft ensuring it covers the needs of many.
The fabric is flame retardant to Source 0 compliant with BS7175, with a hydrostatic head level of over 2,500mm compliant with EN20811. It is resistant to bacteria (E.coli and S. Aureus) and fungi (Aspergillus Niger).

Crib 7 Flame Retardant Bedding
Our fire retardant bedding is the perfect choice for care homes, healthcare and institutional bodies, made of 100% Polyester, weight is 145gsm.
The fabric is inherently fire retardant which means the FR properties cannot be washed out and conforms to meet British standard 7175 part 3, ignition source 7.
It can be washed at 70° for thermal disinfection. Available in 10 colours, we can offer fitted sheets, flat sheets, valances, duvet covers and pillowcases in all sizes. Bespoke sizes can be made on request.
