West Lake Water Park | Landscape Solution Services JSC Area: 1.66 ha | Location: Long An Concept Design | Responsibilities: Modeling, Rendering

West Lake Water Park is a water park project in one of the main residential projects of the Tran Anh Group in the strategy of promoting and developing Long An province in 2019.

West Lake Water Park is not too wide but has many different themes, with the lazy river arranged in the center of the project as a path connecting all the functional areas in the park from which to exploit many perspectives are constantly changing by typical landscapes that attract players as they pass the neighborhood.

The goal of the design plan is to create a space for guests who want to find a peaceful place after stressful working days as well as return to their origin and nature.

Ancient spirit in a new and modern appearance The design’s goal is not to break the social space and the nostalgic color of old times. Service areas are arranged stretching without clumping to avoid the strange noises in the hundred-year-old old town. Architects inherit and promote traditional identities in architectural designs, from exterior materials, and cornice lights to simulating the Hoi and bamboo lanterns.

Located in Long Duc commune, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province, about 4 km from Long Thanh International Airport, Gem Sky World commercial and entertainment urban area enjoys the maximum advantage of its proximity to the airport. Gem Sky World also flexibly connects with the city center, Ba Ria Vung Tau province, the western provinces, and all neighboring areas by express highway Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay, Highway Bien Hoa - Vung Tau, Ben Luc Long Thanh expressway and arterial roads such as National Highway 1A, Highway 51.

Narra Residences (MU8) - Empire City | ONG&ONG Pte Ltd Area: 0.76 ha | Location: Thu Thiem New Urban Area Construction Drawing Design | Responsibilities: Create and develop technical documents

Narra Residences is the fourth subdivision of the Empire City urban area located in Thu Thiem New Urban Area. The apartment is located in the southern area of the project and behind the Cove Residences low-rise tower. In particular, this is also a great coordinate, because the apartments in this subdivision enjoy beautiful views of the Saigon River.

Furthermore, MU8 Empire City is surrounded by large green areas and community living areas. This will certainly be an interesting place for the community to relax and rest.

Master Plan

Construction Site Visit Surrounded by tall pine trees, Lac Hong Hotel and Resort is located 1,500 meters above ground overlooking Tuyen Lam Lake.

The project has a main hotel with two wings for 109 rooms as well as 76 villas close to the lake edge, and a 1,2000 square meter ballroom, in addition, the project also targets large events such as conferences and weddings.

Cat Ba Tourism Urban Area | NDA Group - New Design Associates Area: 172,37 ha | Location: Cat Ba, Hai Phong Concept Design | Responsibilities: Modeling, Rendering

Master Plan Surrounded by mountains and sea, Cai Gia - Cat Ba tourism urban area immerses into nature to become a peaceful resort.

Utilizing and exploiting the strengths of nature, culture, and people has created a particular highlight that only the Cat Ba tourism urban area has.

NDA intellectually created the internal canal system with the water spreading into the constructions, the iconic commercial pedestrian bridge connecting the commercial villages, the commercial street along the canal, the canal trading street, the water music performance stage, the tourist wharf, which will become an extremely new destination for visitors.

Commercial service centers, canal resorts, and hotels, high-class resort chains are thoughtfully and skillfully designed to foster close interaction with the wild environment of the mountains and sea here.
